Complete colour direction for new builds and major renovations — ideal when colour decisions span multiple materials and finishes across the home. A considered scheme that brings the whole palette together.

An extended consultation to review plans, materials and overall design direction.
Integrated colour guidance across paint, roofing, cladding, flooring, cabinetry and other finishes.
Brushout and material sampling so you can experience the colours alongside material selections.
Comprehensive colour specification outlining how the palette is applied across the project.
Clear direction to move forward with confidence as selections are finalised.
In-Home Colour Consultation
$395 | Available in-person or virtually
A tailored, expert-led consultation to create a confident, considered colour scheme designed specifically for your home.

A 90-minute consultation where we’ll discuss mood, lighting, existing finishes, how you use the space and more.
A custom interior or exterior paint colour scheme.
A paint specification outlining exactly which colour goes where.
Brushout samples so you can review each colour in your space.
Clear, practical direction to brief your painter and move forward with clarity.

Project Colour Direction → Best for new builds or major renovations where colour decisions span multiple materials. Ideal when cladding, joinery, flooring and paint need to work together to create a cohesive palette. Includes an extended consultation, review of plans and materials, integrated interior and exterior colour direction, sampling and a detailed colour specification.

No. We’re completely independent and brand-agnostic, meaning we work across all major paint brands in New Zealand to find the best fit for your project.

We work with clients across New Zealand and abroad. Both of our consultation can be done virtually, giving you the same tailored, expert guidance and full paint specification as an in-person session.
We also travel for in-person consultations from time to time. If you’d prefer us onsite, just let us know and we’ll share upcoming availability.

Pigment was founded to bridge the gap between full service interior design and the limited advice available in retail paint stores.
